Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 30, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Singularity Next.js React theme ("Content") from SingularityThemes.com, owned and operated by Xixaux Corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for the Content. It applies solely to purchases made directly through the Website and does not cover purchases from third-party platforms or marketplaces, which have their own refund policies. For licensing details, see our License Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Xixaux Corporation means Xixaux Corporation, a legal entity based in the United States.

  • Content means the Singularity Next.js React theme, including source code, design assets, and associated metadata purchased through SingularityThemes.com.

  • Website means SingularityThemes.com and related services.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you encounter an issue with the Content, we recommend contacting our support team at support@singularitythemes.com for assistance before requesting a refund. Our team can often help troubleshoot and resolve issues.

To request a refund, submit your request via email to support@singularitythemes.com, including details of the issue and how it meets the conditions below. If a full refund is granted, the license to use the Content is revoked, and you must immediately cease use and destroy all copies of the Content.

3. Valid Conditions for a Refund

As the Content is a digital product and cannot be "returned," refunds are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction, including those in the State of New Jersey.

3.1 Unmet Expectations Set by Xixaux Corporation

You have two business days from the purchase date to inspect the Content and determine if it fails to meet the expectations set by our descriptions or previews on the Website. To request a refund, you must explain how the Content did not meet your reasonable expectations, which helps us improve for future customers.

3.2 Content is "Not as Described" or Non-Functional

The Content is "not as described" if it materially differs from our description or preview on the Website. If the Content does not function as intended, we will promptly attempt to fix the issue by updating the Content. If the issue cannot be resolved and you provide details on how to reproduce the problem, you may be entitled to a refund.

3.3 Security Vulnerability

If the Content contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily fixed, you may be entitled to a refund. If the vulnerability can be fixed, we will update the Content promptly. If not addressed within a reasonable time, a refund may be provided.

3.4 Support Promised but Not Provided

If your purchase includes a support entitlement and we fail to provide support as outlined in our support policy, you may be entitled to a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Except as required by law or outlined above, we are not obligated to provide refunds in the following cases:

  • You fail to provide sufficient information explaining why you are entitled to a refund.

  • You change your mind about the purchase.

  • You purchased the Content by mistake.

  • You lack the expertise to use the Content.

5. Resolving Disputes

If you and Xixaux Corporation cannot agree on a refund, you may submit a dispute to support@singularitythemes.com with supporting documentation or evidence. We will review the matter based on all available information, and our decision is final. Xixaux Corporation’s decision to issue a refund is discretionary, except where required by law.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
